Kanwaldeep Singh Chadha
Founder & CEO
Lighting the way with strategic business development for NextGen Pharma, Kanwaldeep is a thought leader in every sense, responsible for R&D, exploring new avenues of growth for the company.
He holds an MBA degree and has over two decades of extensive experience in marketing research and consulting. Prior to Nextgen Pharma, he played a pivotal role in spearheading healthcare practice in a prominent boutique consulting firm. A business brain with an innovator’s nerve, Kanwaldeep discovered his passion for Probiotics while teaming up with the internationally celebrated Italian scientist, Professor Claudio De Simone.
He initiated significant clinical trials using the proprietary probiotic products developed by Prof. De Simone. Licensing their products to leading companies, together, they fostered many successful commercial launches.
Kanwaldeep also played an instrumental role in drafting guidelines on Probiotics by ICMR and owns a patent of a unique botanical product, extensively studied and proven in treating complex GI conditions such as Haemorrhoids.
Ms. Anuja Chadha

Harnessing her rich experience of over two decades in Sales, marketing and Media, Anuja made her position with inimitable dedication and commitment towards the evermore growth of both NexGen Pharma and its clients. She is passionate about encouraging a culture of collaboration, inclusiveness and equality.
After receiving a Master’s degree in Media and Journalism with Bachelors in Sociology from the University of Delhi, she spent her early career successfully leading teams in the hospitality industry. A woman of multiple talents, Anuja is also a professional Voice Over artist and a co-founder of a startup that is involved in developing infotainment content on YouTube.
Mr. Jeetendra Jain
Independent Director & Strategic Consultant
Jeetendra Jain is a results-driven strategic consultant and independent director with two decades of experience leading asset-backed lending and retail mortgage portfolios at India’s top financial institutions.

A former Ex-Banker who held key leadership roles, including Head of Mortgages for Bajaj Finance (Mumbai), following tenures at ICICI Bank, HDFC Sales, and Standard Chartered Bank.
He holds a Diploma in Strategy from the prestigious IIM Kozhikode.
Mr. Aditya Ranjan Sahu

Mr. Aditya Ranjan Sahu is a seasoned Medical Affairs and Clinical Research professional with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He specializes in clinical research operations, medical and regulatory writing, scientific communications, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Director – Medical Affairs at Next Gen Pharma, he leads clinical strategy, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional collaborations across global markets. Aditya has played a pivotal role in clinical trial planning, publication development, regulatory documentation, and product registrations across SE Asia, MENA, and CIS regions. Known for his leadership, scientific expertise, and business acumen, he has contributed extensively to clinical research, medical communications, training initiatives, and business development.
